Privacy Policy

Who we are
This policy describes how VPC Framing LLC, doing business as Dream Decks (“Dream Decks,” “we,” or “us”), handles information in connection with deckworkscontractor.com and inquiries about our services. It covers this website and our handling of inquiries, not the independent practices of third-party websites.
Information collected
When you contact us or request a quote, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, requested service, project details, and messages. Inquiry records may include the time of submission and our communications with you. Please do not submit payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
Our website hosting, embedded tools, and call-tracking providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website, and visit times. The information collected depends on the tools you use and your browser settings.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss projects, prepare estimates, arrange consultations, provide requested services, and maintain related business records. Technical and referral information helps operate and protect the website, troubleshoot issues, and understand how visitors reach us.
Providing contact information allows us to respond to your inquiry. It does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing calls or texts. Any marketing communications requiring separate consent must be handled separately.
Contact forms, call tracking, and embedded services
Our quote form is embedded from a separately hosted application at decks-mn-production.up.railway.app. Information entered into that form is processed through that application and its hosting services. Any additional disclosures or consent options shown in the form also apply.
The website uses Web Leads Now dynamic number insertion for call attribution. This tool can replace the displayed phone number with a tracking number to associate an inquiry with its referral source. Call-routing providers may process caller identification and call metadata. This policy does not itself authorize call recording; any recording requires the applicable notice or consent.
Pages may include Google Maps or OpenStreetMap embeds. Loading an embed can send technical information to its provider. Links to social networks, Wikipedia, the BBB, and other external sites take you to services governed by their own policies. Review those providers’ notices before sharing information with them.
Cookies and similar technologies
Hosting services and embedded or call-attribution tools may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to operate their features and associate visits with referral sources. Your browser settings can restrict cookies and clear stored data, although doing so may affect forms or other features. Loading third-party content can still send information such as an IP address even when cookies are restricted.
This policy is not a cookie-consent control. You can contact us directly instead of submitting an embedded form if you prefer to discuss how to provide your information.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, inquiry handling, communications, call attribution, and business operations. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. Information may also be transferred as part of a business sale or reorganization, subject to applicable legal protections.
Third-party services can process information under their own policies. Contact us with questions about a particular provider or use of your information, including any privacy choices available under applicable law.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of an inquiry or project, and applicable business, legal, and dispute-resolution requirements. Information is not necessarily deleted immediately after an inquiry ends. Service providers may have their own retention practices.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through general website forms. Contact us if you believe information associated with your inquiry has been misused.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, or to ask us to stop optional communications. Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of your information or opting out of certain processing. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Legal requirements or other permitted exceptions may limit a request.
Our website is intended for adults seeking contracting services, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or our practices. The date above identifies the latest revision; additional notice will be provided where required by law.
